I joined a weight loss group. --sigh-- I miss my in-person group, but I need some accountability.

178#, down 2.

Tip of the week: Portion sizes are key. You really don't need an entire 1.3# steak at dinner, pal.

great job on the weight loss! we're glad you joined us :) you're right about portions. i've been trying to keep mine down. basically trying to stay under 1200 because of thyroid condition

2 lbs is wonderful. WIsh I'd lost 2 lbs! (gained 1.5 instead, bummer)

Welcome! And good for you on the 2#. Portion size is my downfall. I think part of it is that I'm not balancing protein and carbs properly. Not enough protein and I get cravings. Massive cravings!
